101phjl Banking: Deposits, Withdrawals and Account Verification
This page covers every money movement connected to your 101phjl account — depositing funds, requesting a withdrawal, matching wallet transactions to your account history, and completing identity verification. We support GCash, Maya and GrabPay as primary local payment routes, with PESONet and Bank Transfer available for members who prefer a direct bank channel. Each method lives under the Cashier section once you log in; the Deposit and Withdrawal tabs are separate so you always know which direction the money is moving. If you are new to the account wallet, start with the Deposit section below — it walks you through the method selection and amount entry in order.
Getting money into your account starts at the Cashier tab — it is the first thing you see after login on the account menu. We have arranged the deposit flow so that method selection comes before amount entry, which means you pick GCash, Maya, GrabPay, PESONet or Bank Transfer first, then key in the amount shown on the next screen. The minimum and maximum amounts for each method are displayed inline; we do not hide them in a separate page. Once you confirm the amount, the app or browser redirects you to your chosen wallet or bank portal to authorise the transfer. After authorisation, your balance updates in the account dashboard.
Open the Cashier
Log in and tap the Cashier tab in the account menu. Choose Deposit from the two tabs at the top of the page.
Select your method
Pick GCash, Maya, GrabPay, PESONet or Bank Transfer. Minimum and maximum amounts for the selected method appear immediately below.
Enter the amount and confirm
Key in your deposit amount within the shown range and tap Confirm. You are redirected to your wallet or bank portal to authorise.
Check your balance
After authorisation, your account balance updates in the dashboard. Save your wallet reference number in case you need to raise a support query.
MOVE FUNDS OUT
Request a Withdrawal from Your Account
Withdrawals follow a similar path to deposits but require one extra check before you submit: your payout wallet or bank account must already be saved and verified under Account Settings. We enforce this so that funds reach the correct destination and your request is not held for manual review. Once your details are confirmed, go to Cashier, select the Withdrawal tab and choose the method you want to pay out to. The amount you can request is limited to your available account balance — the figure shown in your dashboard. Enter the amount, review the summary screen, and tap Submit. A reference number is generated immediately after submission; note it down.
Verify your payout details first
Check Account Settings to confirm your GCash, Maya or bank account details are saved and marked verified before you open a withdrawal request.
Open Cashier and select Withdrawal
Tap Cashier in the account menu, then choose the Withdrawal tab. Select your preferred payout method from the list shown.
Enter amount and review
Key in the amount within your available balance. Review the summary screen showing the destination details and amount before you tap Submit.
Track status in Transaction History
Your withdrawal request appears in Transaction History with a reference number and a Pending, Processing or Completed label updated in real time.
ACCOUNT VERIFICATION
Verify Your 101phjl Account Identity
Account verification protects your wallet balance and ensures that withdrawal requests are matched to the correct person. We ask for a government-issued photo ID — a valid Philippine passport, driver's licence or national ID — along with a selfie taken within the app at the time of submission. If your payout method is a bank account, a copy of a recent bank statement or the front of your bank card may also be required.
Prepare your ID
Have a valid Philippine passport, driver's licence or national ID ready. The photo must be clear and unobstructed on all four edges.
Upload through Account Settings
Go to Account Settings, open the Verification section and follow the upload fields for your ID and selfie. Bank documents go in the same section.
Wait for the status update
The Verification section shows Under Review after submission. Once approved, the status changes to Verified and your account limits update accordingly.
Keep documents within the app
Only submit documents inside the 101phjl app or the official 101phjl domain. Do not send ID copies through chat, email or third-party links.
LOCAL PAYMENT METHODS
Payment Channels in Your 101phjl Cashier
The Cashier section lists every payment channel configured for your account region. PESONet is the primary bank transfer route for members using a BancNet-linked account; Bank Transfer covers direct inter-bank movement where PESONet is not your preferred channel. GCash, Maya and GrabPay are the e-wallet options — each redirects you to the respective wallet app to confirm the transaction before returning to your account. Availability for each method is shown live in the Cashier tab; a method that is unavailable in your region will appear greyed out rather than hidden.
GCash
Select GCash in the Cashier and enter your registered mobile number. The app redirects to the GCash authorisation screen before returning your confirmed balance.
Maya
Maya transactions follow the same redirect flow. Confirm the amount in the Maya app, then return to see the updated balance in your account dashboard.
GrabPay
GrabPay is available for members whose GrabPay wallet is active and verified. Select it in the Cashier the same way you would choose any other e-wallet.
PESONet
PESONet is the primary route for direct bank-to-account transfers through BancNet-linked banks. Enter your bank details as prompted and confirm the transfer in your banking app.
Bank Transfer
Bank Transfer covers inter-bank movement outside the PESONet rail. Account details for the receiving bank are shown on the Cashier confirmation screen after you select this method.
TRANSACTION RECORDS
Match Your Wallet Transaction to Your Account History
Every deposit and withdrawal creates two records: one in your e-wallet or bank app, and one in the 101phjl Transaction History tab. Matching these two is how you confirm a transfer completed correctly and how you build a paper trail for any support query. The reference number is the link — it appears on the 101phjl confirmation screen and in most GCash, Maya and GrabPay transaction receipts. If the numbers match and the status in Transaction History reads Completed, the transfer finished as expected. If there is a mismatch, keep both the wallet screenshot and the 101phjl reference before opening a support ticket.
Reference number
Every transaction generates a unique reference number on the 101phjl confirmation screen. Copy or screenshot it immediately — this is the primary identifier for any support follow-up on a deposit or withdrawal.
Status labels
Transaction History uses three labels: Pending means the request is queued, Processing means it is with the payment provider, and Completed means the funds have moved. Check the label before raising a query.
Account history tab
The full transaction log is in the History tab under your account. Filter by date or method to find a specific transfer. The log shows the method, amount, direction and current status in one row.
Evidence to keep
Save the wallet or bank receipt alongside the 101phjl reference number for every transaction you care about. Support can cross-check both records, which speeds up any resolution significantly.
SECURITY AND ACCOUNT SAFETY
How We Protect Your 101phjl Account and Transfers
Account and transaction security runs across several layers — from the domain you access the site on down to the wallet details saved against your profile. We verify that every payout goes to a wallet or bank account registered in your name, which is why identity verification is a required step before your first withdrawal. Session activity is monitored, and any access from an unrecognised device triggers a confirmation step.
Domain check
Always access the platform through 101phjl. Bookmark the URL after your first verified login. Any link to a different domain claiming to be 101phjl should be treated as suspicious and reported.
Identity verification
Withdrawal requests are matched against the verified ID on your account. This step ensures funds reach the correct person and prevents unauthorised payouts from your balance.
Wallet ownership confirmation
The GCash, Maya, GrabPay or bank account you use must be registered in your own name. We do not process payouts to third-party wallets or accounts belonging to another person.
Support contact path
Reach our support team through the Help section inside the 101phjl app or via the contact link on 101phjl. For account security concerns, use the in-app channel so your query is linked directly to your verified account.
BANKING QUESTIONS ANSWERED
Common 101phjl Banking Questions
The questions below cover the situations members raise most often about deposits, withdrawals and verification on 101phjl. If your question is not answered here, the Help section in the app connects you to support directly, and your Transaction History tab gives you the current status of any pending request without needing to wait for a reply.
Which deposit methods are available in my region?
Open the Cashier tab after login to see the methods active for your account region. GCash, Maya, GrabPay, PESONet and Bank Transfer are configured for eligible Philippines regions. Availability depends on local law and your account status. Greyed-out methods are not available for your region.
What is the minimum deposit amount on 101phjl?
Minimum amounts differ by payment method and are shown inline when you select a method in the Cashier. We do not publish a single universal minimum here because figures can change. Always check the live amount displayed in the Cashier before you enter a transfer amount.
My deposit went through on GCash but my balance has not updated. What do I do?
First, check Transaction History for the deposit status. If it shows Pending or Processing, allow the window noted on the confirmation screen to pass. If the status shows no record of the transaction at all, copy your GCash reference number and contact support through the Help section in the app.
How do I withdraw money from my 101phjl account?
Go to Cashier, select the Withdrawal tab and choose your payout method. Your wallet or bank details must be saved and verified under Account Settings before the request goes through. Enter the amount within your available balance, review the summary screen and submit. Track status in Transaction History.
Why is my withdrawal showing as Pending for longer than expected?
Pending status means the request is queued with the payment provider. Processing time depends on your selected method and the receiving wallet or bank. If the status has not moved for longer than the window shown at submission, note your reference number and raise a query through the in-app Help section.
What documents do I need to complete account verification?
A valid Philippine government-issued ID — passport, driver's licence or national ID — plus an in-app selfie taken at submission. If your withdrawal method is a bank account, a recent bank statement or bank card image may also be requested. Upload everything through Account Settings under the Verification section.
